The paper size is actually going to be 6.25″ x 9.25″ to accommodate for the image bleed that Microsoft Word does not take into consideration. Image bleed allows images or colors to go to the edge of a page. So here is a workaround which allows you to flip your text in Word 2013. Launch Microsoft Word 2013 in your computer. You need to insert text in a text box so that it can be transformed. To insert a textbox, select Insert menu and click on Text Box on your right. Enter the text in the text box and switch to Format menu. This is a tutorial on how to rotate text on mac (Microsoft word) Category. Mirror Text in Microsoft Word 2010. You can right-click on a text box or AutoShape and choose to save the shape as a picture. Then you can insert the picture of the textbox into your document. Pictures can be flipped and rotated.

Thank you, Bob. You are absolutely correct. PICTURES of text are PICTURES, not TEXT. So you should never expect to be able to edit PICTURES of text as TEXT. I was attempting to provide a work-around so that the text would look like the questioner wanted, but of course it is no longer text.

I knew you knew that :-) but that wasn't my [unstated] point..
What I meant by the first sentence in my reply is that you cannot do what you suggested in the first place. Neither Text Boxes nor Drawing Objects containing text can be saved as pictures using the right-click method. The Save As Picture command can be selected in the contextual menu only if you right-click a picture to begin with or if you right-click a shape that has never contained text.

Well I'll be danged!
You can right-click a text box in Excel or PowerPoint and you are offered Save As Picture. I wonder why that option is missing from Word's contextual menu.
OK, so my new work around is to copy the text box to Excel or PowerPoint and then right-click on it to get the Save As Picture option.
